1. Summary
Wornivo is a smart warranty manager that helps you securely organize warranties, invoices, receipts, and purchase documents.
Most of your data remains stored locally on your device.
Google Sign-In and Google Drive Backup are optional and only used when you choose to enable them.
Receipt scanning uses on-device OCR where available. Extracted text may be securely processed by an AI service provider to identify product details, purchase dates, warranty periods, and related information.
Release versions may use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Supported versions of the App may also display advertisements through Google AdMob.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
You may store:
- Product details
- Brand
- Model number
- Serial number
- Purchase date
- Purchase price
- Warranty duration
- Expiry date
- Notes
- Receipts
- Warranty cards
- Product images
This information remains stored locally unless you enable Google Drive Backup.
2.2 Google Sign-In (Optional)
If you sign in with Google, Wornivo may access:
- Google Account ID
- Display Name
- Email Address
- Profile Photo URL
This information is used only for authentication and optional Google Drive Backup.
2.3 Google Drive Backup (Optional)
If you enable Google Drive Backup, Wornivo uploads your backup archive to your own Google Drive account.
Backups may contain:
- Warranty records
- Documents
- Receipts
- Product images
- Selected app settings
Backup and restore occur only when initiated by you or when Auto Backup is enabled by you.
2.4 AI Invoice Scanner
When you scan an invoice:
- OCR is performed on your device where supported.
- Extracted text may be securely processed by an AI service provider to identify:
- Product Name
- Store Name
- Purchase Date
- Warranty Period
- Expiry Date
No documents are scanned automatically. AI processing occurs only when you choose to scan an invoice.
2.5 Camera, Files and Microphone
Camera
Used only when you choose to capture a receipt, invoice, warranty card, or product photo.
Files
Wornivo accesses only the files you explicitly select using Android's system document or photo picker.
The App does not scan or access your photo library automatically.
Microphone
Microphone access is used only for the optional Voice Search feature.
Audio is processed by your device's speech recognition service to convert speech into text.
Wornivo does not record, store, or share your voice recordings.
2.6 Purchases
Premium purchases and subscriptions are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
Payment information is handled entirely by Google.
Wornivo does not receive or store your payment card information.
2.7 Diagnostics & Advertising
Supported versions of Wornivo may use:
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google AdMob
Crashlytics helps identify application crashes and technical issues.
AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and device information according to Google's Privacy Policy.
2.8 Biometric Authentication
If enabled, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device.
Wornivo never stores fingerprints, face data, or biometric identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Store warranties
- Organize invoices
- Display reminders

- Improve AI invoice extraction
- Process premium purchases
- Improve application stability

We do not sell your personal information.
Information may only be shared with services you choose to use, including:

5. Data Security
Your warranty information is primarily stored locally on your device.
If Google Drive Backup is enabled, backup files are stored in your Google Drive account.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information.
However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention
Data remains available until you:
- Delete it
- Clear App Storage
- Uninstall Wornivo
- Remove Google Drive backups
Crash reports are retained according to Firebase policies.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Edit or delete warranties
- Disable notifications
- Disable Auto Backup
- Sign out of Google
- Delete Google Drive backups
- Disable biometric authentication
- Control advertisement personalization through your Google account
8. Children's Privacy
Wornivo is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate.

Wornivo integrates with services such as:
