These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wornivo mobile application ("Wornivo", "the App", or "the Service") provided by Mobicolon ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Wornivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About Wornivo
Wornivo is a personal warranty and purchase document management app. It helps you store product details, invoices, receipts, warranty cards, reminders, and related files on your device. Optional features may include Google account sign-in, Google Drive backup, AI-assisted receipt scanning, premium subscriptions, and notifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wornivo, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account and Use of the App
- You are responsible for the information you add to Wornivo and for keeping your device secure.
- You may use Wornivo as a guest or sign in with Google for optional cloud-related features.
- You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the warranty and purchase information you store in the App.
4. User Content
"User Content" means the information, files, images, notes, and other materials you upload, scan, enter, or store in Wornivo.
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant us a limited license to process your User Content only as needed to operate the App, including local storage, reminders, export, backup, restore, OCR, and display within Wornivo.
- You represent that you have the right to upload and store your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
- We do not routinely review all User Content, but we may remove or restrict content if required by law or if it creates risk for us or others.
5. AI, OCR, and Automated Features
Wornivo may offer receipt scanning, text recognition, and AI-assisted field extraction to help you add warranty entries faster.
- Automated results may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review all extracted product names, dates, prices, and warranty details before saving.
- AI and OCR features are provided for convenience only and do not replace your own review of invoices, receipts, or manufacturer warranty terms.
- Receipt parsing may use on-device text recognition and cloud-based text analysis services.
6. Google Sign-In and Google Drive Backup
Some features require a Google account and your authorization, including Google Drive backup and restore.
- Backup files are stored in your Google Drive account under your control.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and sufficient Google Drive storage.
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by revoked Google access, account suspension, accidental deletion, storage limits, or third-party service outages.
- You should keep your own copies of important documents outside the App when possible.
7. Wornivo Premium and Subscriptions
Wornivo may offer paid premium features, such as Google Drive backup, unlimited AI scans, auto backup, and other premium functionality. Premium plans may include monthly and yearly subscription options purchased through Google Play.
- Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App and may change over time.
- Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your Google Play account settings.
- You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases through Google Play subscription management.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
- Premium access may be suspended if payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or Google Play purchase validation fails.
8. Free and Premium Feature Limits
We may offer both free and premium tiers. Feature availability, usage limits, and pricing may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to present current limits inside the App, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain free or available in all regions.
9. Notifications and Reminders
Wornivo can send local notifications and reminders about warranty expiry and app activity if you enable them. Notification delivery depends on your device settings, battery optimization, operating system behavior, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at a specific time.
10. No Professional Advice
Wornivo is an organizational tool only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, or warranty claim advice. We do not guarantee that stored documents will be accepted by retailers, manufacturers, insurers, courts, or service centers. You are solely responsible for verifying warranty coverage, claim deadlines, and claim requirements with the relevant provider.
11. Third-Party Services
Wornivo integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Play Billing, Google ML Kit, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11A. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar services. Ad content and targeting are provided by third-party ad networks and may change over time. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience where offered by the App.
12. Privacy
Your use of Wornivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
13. Intellectual Property
Wornivo, including its design, branding, software, and content provided by us, is owned by Mobicolon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wornivo at any time, including features, pricing, supported platforms, or third-party integrations. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wornivo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of data loss. You use Wornivo at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobicolon and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Wornivo.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Wornivo or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for premium features in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobicolon from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of Wornivo, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
18. Termination
You may stop using Wornivo at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling any active subscriptions through Google Play. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
